「Omg this property is Heaven! The staff is beyond wonderful and accompanying. Beautiful rooms, great food. And the beach…omg clean, white sand, clear water, stretches so far snd empty! I’m coming bank! 」

「Nice and fair price. Clean and friendly. Would stay here again :) Bath had a weird smell sometimes but no big problems. Pool was a bit noisy with the kids from the neighborhood. We didn't really care that much but it would be good if the hotel staff would tone them down a bit or tell the parents to mind their kids.」

Beautiful view and sunset In the evening! The room was too clean and tidy and a big balcony with an comfortable sunbed! Was supposed to stay for 6 nights but extended for longer! VALUE 」

「I and my son are really enjoy stay in this hotel, it’s the best hotel I have ever stay around the world, room clean, customer service is the best of politeness, front desk and hotel employee helped me at 4 am when I was really sick and brought me to hospital ( ER/ UGD ) and he waited me till I released from hospital, manager hotel checked on me in the morning and over meal to bring up to my room. I am looking forward to stay here in the future. Thank you so much for best services.」

「掃除はきちんとされておらず、ほこりがたまっていた。風呂場のシャワーはお湯はちょろちょろしか出ない。ボディーシャンプーがない。トイレが汚い。洗面所とトイレとバスルームがついていたが、トイレが臭すぎて、たえられない。ドライアーがない。テレビは受信状況がひどすぎてみられない。コーヒーも紅茶のティーバッグもない。セキュリティーボックスもない。バスタオルが2枚だけで、フェイスタオルもハンドタオルもない。デラックスルームだったのに・・・。」

「Very pleased with this choice of Hotel . New hôtel, large and spacious room, 2min from the beach Pandam. Close to inner city. I visited for the Eclipse and wanted a scooter to roam around . All was booked everywhere, still, staff managed to arrange one for me. Staff extremely helpful. Very good food at the hotel restaurant (but smallish portions) Only drawback: my stay was too short. I loved Belitung ;)」
