「Top ervaring gehad! Alles was fantastisch. Voor herhaling vatbaar」

「I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. We had issues from arrival, they charged us 50 AZN for city tax (hefty overcharge) had to sort out a refund via Expedia. Fridge in room wouldn’t work, they kept saying they’d replace or send a technician but didn’t happen. Had severe water leak on wash basin tap and pipes and couldn’t close shower door so the floor filled with water which kept coming up through floor tiles when stood on. Mould smell as wood furniture, floor etc always damp. Again said...

「An excellent choice for exploring northwest Azerbaijan. The hotel is a first class property with excellent amenities and superb staff. Many thanks to the swimming pool staff and to Seymur, who provided outstanding hospitality and helpful assistance.」

「Very nice staff and very comfortable guest room. Really enjoyed my stay here.」

「N/A」

「Good location for mall and seafront promenade.」

「Beautiful hotel in Baku Highly recommended」

「Language was a small issue, but the staff were very helpful. Rooftop and lobby Bar and breakfast service and food was not very good. Could not charge the room for anything and drinks could only be paid in cash on the rooftop bar. Rooms were spacious but in need of updating. Old town location was good with lots of shopping and dining nearby.」
