"Had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. The interior is beautiful and clean. Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. I can't recommend the hotel enough 10/10. "

"Great location - easy walking access to stations and to the town center - just 5 minutes walk from great restaurants and bars. Booked two super nice rooms with plenty of space, balconies and a great view of the mountains. Very quiet - not a party hotel in any way. Simple but delicious included breakfast and great coffee. Highlight are the team members there - very helpful and kept the place running well after an unexpected (but delightful) 10 inches of snow dropped overnight. "

"The rooms are well appointed. We were upgraded to the family suite since the toilet in our Jr. suite wasn’t working properly. Despite that, the rooms were great with comfortable beds and sufficient plates and flatware. The place is quiet and very peaceful. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Connectivity to Geneva is by bus and although the stop is only a few minutes away, it doesn’t have a ticket machine. So you’ll have to buy the ticket on the bus which is a minor...

"The hotel is very close to the lifts and walkable to the shops. Our room was slightly less comfortable for our family. The view off the balcony was a roof. Thankfully the mountains towered above the roof, so the view was gorgeous. The sink leaked constantly and the TV did not work reliably. When there was a shock Spring blizzard and we were snowed in to Chamonix, they did not let us keep our room because of a private event happening. They offered to help us find another hotel in town but we...
