The area is safe and Kumasi Mall is a short walk away where there are many food and drink options, etc. it was around a 20-25 minute taxi ride to the Kejetia area and palace and museums.」

This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better.
