「Picking this hotel was the best decision. Its conveniently located right by the beach (easy access), about 10 mins from downtown, multiple pools including an infinity pool, spacious and modern rooms, many options to pick from for food, and the most helpful staff. I'd stay here again! I have no complaints.」

「Breakfast poorer than last year, laundromat with non functional machines. Quality has decreased compared to last year.」

「My stay was awesome. All inclusive was an excellent choice. The food is great. Everyone is so friendly. I also loved the ballroom had an event every night. The swimming pool with the pool bar was a plus. The only complaint I have plus other people agreed, they would run out of towels at the pool. That is unacceptable. Then when I asked how long, they told me it could be a while. I recommend coming to Barcelo. I would definitely come again. I’ll just bring my room towel to the pool just in case.」

「Lovely property - adult pool, several hot tubs, great kid pool. I love how the lobby is designed to allow the breezes to flow through the lobby. Nice shops, coffee/ bar area.」

「Overall we had a wonderful time at our stay. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is their front desk . Anytime we called no one would answer, and when we’d go to the lobby they weren’t always there either. Otherwise, the property is beautiful and we had a wonderful time!」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Hotel and staff were great and very pleasant. Check in was fast and check out was accommodating allowing us to use property till 2 with check out at 10. Be aware the Divi ditching separated by the Tameran and amenities not including. Went to many places and told our all inclusive was not covered at that bar or restaurant. Check in could have gave a quick run down of included and not included. Great family vacation, always plenty of room and available chairs at pools.」
