「Breakfast had a wide variety, everything was fresh, pool was great, great access to the beach across the street. Staff was lovely, I interacted with the managers and they were very accommodating. Really love the drink tickets in the afternoon along with fruits and chips. I would stay here again. The guys at the front was also very quick in getting a taxi for us. Room was clean.」

「Do NOT pick this property!! It is NOT on the beach, every all inclusive amenity is at the other resort across the street, other than a small tiki bar. Concierge and front desk close early and you have to go to other resort for any help with anything!! This place should be closed down!! Thr shuttles take so long to get you; it’s almost as if the other guests at their other “resort” are far more important. Guest experience was never there! We basically spent all of our vacation and the other...

「The highlight of this hotel is its location and beautiful beach. The property is older and they do their best to maintain it, but the rooms are in need of updates, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel could be improved.」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
