「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「The St Regis Aruba,is a beautiful property. The service was a bit slow, and the seating accommodations on the beach as well as the pool were not great,they were hard no cushion . Although the resort was not packed ,bar staff had trouble keeping up with orders. The expectations of The St Regis Brand was not met here at this property in Aruba . 「 Stay…food was good especially at Mulligans, staff were nice. You have to take a shuttle everywhere on the resort that’s why I gave 4 stars. Other then that clean resort you can take a taxi all the main attractions are close. Taxi only $10」

The beach hut app worked great at 8 am. We never paid for a beach hut, the complimentary ones were amazing! You can reserve and pay $30 at 5pm on app if you want front row the following day.
