「Clean Room: We were told room will be cleaned every 3rd day. They were actually cleaned every 4th day. All soap dispensers in bathroom did not work. Shower did not have any safety bar or anything to prevent from falling. Breakfast: Not a complete breakfast everyday. When we went to breakfast 2nd day we were told no eggs or sausage unless at least half the rooms were booked. Lamp on desk did not work. Staff: All staff. Parking: Parking was great.」

「It was -12 on Portage Lake and we cranked the heat pump up to 75. The Birds Nest cabin needs another heat source. Upstairs was cold when we got back at 10:30 pm after leaving the heat on all day in the cabin.The two full size beds that are pictured is one that’s on the bottom of a metal bunk bed frame and the other is upstairs where the roof is pitched so one side has no head room to accommodate two grown adults.New owners shut the water off for the winter. Didn’t know that until the day we left...

「Nice quiet location. Restaurant right next door. Would have been nice if there was ice machine available in the evening. It was 95 degrees and humid.」

「Stay was good. The loacation is very nice and it worked very well for where we needed to be. The place could use some minor fixing up and maybe some fresh exterior painting. We wrapped our work up there a day early but paid for the full 11 days. Wish there could have been a way to get reimbursed for thate last day that we didn't stay.」
