「The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. 「Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro...

Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL....
