「Clean room」

「Everything about this hotel far exceeded my standards and expectations. From the complimentary drink happy hour for guests every evening, to delicious breakfast- everything was simply perfect. The bed was comfy, linens cozy and the room was silent. 10/10 」

「We were in a basement room with a view of the staircase. Check in is nonexistant after 5. You’re given a 2 page dissertation of rules to sign and drop off,then expected to run a credit card down for incidentals by 8am. Why don’t you consider staffing the place.The carpet needs removed it’s filthy. The tv needs to be properly mounted with the wires hidden and the components on a higher shelf. 「The staff was very friendly and spent time every morning refreshing the breakfast items.」

「Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant. I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again.」
