"Amazing staff, great interior, lovely lounge"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. We were unable to secure our van rental and the front desk staff was very accommodating in helping us to get van taxis to get us and all our snowboard gear where we needed to be. Rooms are small per western equivalent but comfy. I’m 6’4” and was just fine for 8 nights. Breakfast was also tasty and included with the stay. "

"Room was excellent. It had a small couch and small table to have a small snacks. You can use a beitiful local crafted glasses. Easy to go to Nebuta museum, Wa Rasse and ASPAM. Also, near the donwtown area. Walking distance from Aomori station. We loved the staybat this hotel."

"The staff was wonderful and breakfast was superb. From french toast, croissant, eggs etc to sashimi, ice cream, pudding. Delicious. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Had a mini fridge, safe, and amenities. Would stay again!!"

"This is your typical APA experience, although the room was bigger than the ones in the APA hotels in Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the expected amenities. The location was right in the middle of downtown, where you have the main street full of shops. It's also minutes away from Aspam. The Aomori train station is walkable as well. Theres also a bus stop nearby where the airport bus stops. A Lawson convince store is found across the street."

"The best hotel in Hirosaki. Breakfast is good and YONAKI SOBA(Ramen) was awesome. Onsen was amazing. I will try to book the hotel next time "
