「Hotel clean. Breakfast menu good. Dinner menu overpriced for the quality . Room clean and adequate. This is not of the quality of a five star hotel. At best four stars appropriate. Area is quiet. Close to Alpiri. So going to Tirumala is easier. No shopping nearby. For buying anything you have to hire a taxi by or Uber. 」

「I have been coming to tirupati for last 20 years, I have been several hotels but this hotel stands out, it's spacious at decent price with luxury options. Love this hotel, easy to any where in the city and also to Tirumala Hills. Restaurant food is also decent.」

「There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night. 」

「The actual price of the room is 3200 INR when checked from the reception however from Expedia it’s charged around 4000 INR. That’s something made feel more like an issue other than the stay .」
