Luxury Hotels in Anderson County

"Lately, I think all us older generation feel for the way corporate America runs their retail/chain hotels. It seems to me that only having one manager on the floor after normal daytime hours is really lacking responsibility when it comes to customer service and security/safety. The manager assisted in giving me the item that was missing in my room. He offered to bring it up for me. But being that it was in at the time that the office starts to get last minute registration requests, I felt he was needed to manage the front desk. It is rare that I find issues with the hotels I scheduled through Expedia. This particular hotel's owner/manager could use consulting on what needs to be done to bring this facility up to presentable general condition. We all know from the news what the staffing issues are since going through COVID and inflation. We wish all these places and businesses all the best in moving forward it this present time."
