「For this high end style resort, it was not worth the money. The food, which was included was poor to mediocre quality and very tiny servings. The service was mediocre, constantly forgetting details like a spoon for your coffee or always needing to be hailed. Not attentive at all for this caliber place. A general lack of amenities like no jacuzzi, sauna, gym, etc. The rooms are nice. Again, for the money, very disappointing in general. We have stayed at many other places at half the cost but...

「Felt safe, property was clean, nice breakfast. Price was way too much! It is a very small apartment but in pictures appears large. We went to Leticia to visit family so this was close to them. They should provide a microwave, because it’s very hard to heat fast food on a gas stove with pots that stick. Staff were nice. Laundry cost was crazy! So we had to tough it out and hand wash items.」

We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende.
