"For the first night, rooms have to change three times for reason of leaking air conditioners, untidy rooms or bed sheet. The room we eventually used had no light in the bath room and air conditioner was not working. For the two nights we spent there, exactly the same food was served as breakfast."

"This is a lovely hotel, although undergoing construction work when we stayed and with a few teething problems in the newly refurbished room (that the team worked hard to resolve) The gardens are really lovely, the pool is great, the staff are excellent! Very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. "

"The lake and the hills are fantastic. But don't go if you don't like being the ONLY tourist at the lake. We were told business was going only at Christmas and Easter. We stayed for 2 nights and met no one. Apart from being deserted, the resort suffered from power cuts. One was several hours long. The staff tried to make up for it by bringing fresh coconuts to our bungalow ... :=)"
