「Helpful staff」

「The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to...

「Our entrance door did not fit properly and you could see outside lights in addition to air coming into the room from outside.」

「Reception on arrival was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, with a peaceful view out the back. Overall the location was quiet. The location required frequent driving into Munising, however the ride was scenic and pleasant.」

「WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Ironically, the most expensive hotel on our entire trip turned out to be the worst.     1    Terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything—TVs, air conditioners, and conversations from neighboring rooms.     2    Unreasonable management. We heard a baby crying next door and requested a room change before even using the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and confirmed rooms were available, but the manager refused simply because we booked...

「Clean room, nice balcony view, breakfast was fine. Room was not ready at check-in and our room was a little pricey.」

「cleaness, wamness.and there is a short distance from the excwllent restruent」

「Clean. No frills motel that fits the bill for a quick stay.」

「The rooms are poorly soundproofed and shaded, we got bitten by mosquitoes at night. The servers are kindly and friendly, but they don’t even sever hot water. 」

「Great location and super friendly staff!」

「Unique buildings with modern style, all the amenities, and cozy furnishings. Probably the best accommodations we've experienced. So helpful to have laundry, fridge, and microwave in the unit. Staff was responsive via text to answer all our questions. Convenient location. We will definitely stay here again!」

「This place was perfect for what we needed. Did need a few updates, but still clean and comfortable.」
