「Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...

「The employees made the property fantastic. Two individuals Anna and Shaikh (I hope That I spelled his name correctly) Made this a feel at home stay. We had a miss-understanding with the taxi driver that took us from the cruise dock. They took it upon themselves to resolve the problem. Every time we came to the lobby they were cheerful and beyond helpful. I would not be afraid to recommend this property to anyone staying in Dubai」

「Nice stay in this hotel. The hotel upgraded us to a two bedrooms apartment. It’s very nice to have a small kitchen. Everything is clean and comfortable. The service is good and organized. The hotel is near two metro station with 5-10mins walk. A shopping mall and lots of restaurants nearby.」

「winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Veilige en rustige omgeving. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en correct. Schoonmaak mag iets beter ze vergeten te vaak iets aan te vullen. Dan geen handdoeken dan geen vuilniszakje aangevuld dan geen wc papier aangevuld. Verder ontbijt was ook uitstekend. Genoeg keuze. 」
