One night stay and the best customer service I have had for as long as I can remember. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful with everything. Being the middle of summer and 111 degrees, they came and got me in their cart for everywhere I needed to go on the property. The casitas are amazing and look to have been recently upgraded. Very comfortable bed and great amenities.

Ac out in first room, moved to one next to the pool and bar. So loud in the room. All record players unavailable to access during my stay. Both rooms had Bluetooth speaker but both broken. Great concept, needs better execution
