"The best part of our stay was the pool which was excellent. The hotel staff was okay, missed some deliverables. Had issues with WiFi, desk power in the room and coffee machine. Wouldn't stay there after. "

"The staff was very helpful. There was only one ice machine that didn't work, so we went three days without ice. We were told to go to the restaurant and pay $1.00 for some ice. To check in early, you had to pay an extra $40.00, and since we were from out of town and arrived early, we had to wait a couple of hours. The TV in the room is 38 inches, about the size of a computer screen. The floors were slanted, and I felt like I had vertigo. I really don't think I will stay there again. Oh, and there’s no iron or microwave in the room."
