「沒有清楚告知櫃檯有人在的時間，竟然被鎖在飯店」

「Det saknades fungerande Wifi, trotsa att detta utlovats. Spisen saknade knappen som tänder gasen. Värden var mycket långsam på att svara på frågor. Inget av problemen åtgärdades under vår vistelse. I övrigt en fin lägenhet med bra AC.」

「The Flowers apartments are located in the historic and most charming part of town. Yet they are close to restaurants, bars and ferries, also a 10-15 minute walk to the railway station. The apartment was clean and has everything you need and given it's central location, very quiet. The host Tiziano is not on site, but maintains good communication and the instructions for checking in was good. He is so helpful and answers all your questions promptly. Wound recommend this property.」

「The owner was very helpful, I asked for a kettle and there was one waiting when we got there. She checked everything was ok , after we had done self checkin and check out. The location is a further out than we expected, we knew it wasn’t near the lake, but there was nothing near by , you definitely need a car … Fridge in room , and a microwave in the hall for everyone to use . It’s above a pizza restaurant , so you can eat there some nights ( wasn’t open Tuesday) but it was over the weekend....

「This was a perfect location for our trip to Lake Garda. We had a car so it was easy to access Desenzano historic centre, grocery stores and train station. The property was quiet and had good parking. Unfortunately our rental was too big to get it easily into the underground parking but there was plenty of on-street free parking during out trip in June.」

There’s dedicated parking in the building, with automatic access codes for every gate and entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised! Communication with the host was excellent, with an exceptional level of availability via WhatsApp — unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.」

「Die beiden Mädels, die die Unterkunft schmeißen, machen dies mit ganzem Herzen und kümmern sich hingebungsvoll um die kleinen und größeren Bedürfnisse ihrer Gästen. Morgens stehen Brötchen für die Gäste bereit und wer einen Tisch in einem Restaurant benötigt, fragt am besten einfach die beiden. Wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer, welches wirklich nett und funktional eingerichtet war, mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den See und / oder den Pool. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und mit neuen Liegen...
