"We had a great time at this hotel. Location is ideal, the hotel is very nice and the stuff is very welcoming and helpful. Avi was great, she was very helpful and helped us with everything! "Oui, très belle chambre. L'équipe était un peu débordée avec la préparation du réveillon. Un client arrivé après nous a été servi et eu leur chambre avant nous. Je l'ai fait remarquer au responsable qui était désolé. Très sympa quand il nous a offert le pdj. Très bon hôtel seul inconvénient ce sont les places de parking. "Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. "Excellent breakfast, lots of drink choices and smoothies. Pool was great, didn’t have any challenges getting a sunbed. The rooms were super clean, we didn’t see a single bug (which we were expecting). Had a gecko in the room who lived behind our tv who may have managed the bug situation. Buffet was good but limited selection if you are, or have, a picky eater."
