"Room 215, shower was on as soon as you turned on the water. Couldn’t have a bath and couldn’t turn shower head off as leaver stuck on. Hair dryer only worked on low and cam on as soon as you plugged it in. Room wasn’t serviced after 1st night,:staff didn’t mention room cleaning service only every second day when we checked in ( we had put our towels on the floor anticipating they would be replaced that day, had to ask for clean ones). "
