Another great area of Tasmania to visit is Mt Field National Park, it's about an hour drive out of Hobart and where you will find two of the most beautiful waterfalls in Tasmania. Russell Falls is actually more popular out of the two waterfalls however if you continue a short distance further along the same walking track you will reach Horseshoe Falls which is my favourite, the scenery along the way through the tall swamp gum forest, massive tree ferns and moss covered undergrowth is beautiful.
Both waterfalls look impressive after a lot of rainfall and as luck would have it there was plenty of rainfall prior to our visit. As you can see there was no shortage of flowing water and it was so nice to stop here and just take in the spectacular beauty of the place. #green

"We really enjoyed our stay at Brisbane Terrace. It had everything we needed for our weekend away. My only dislike was the stairs. My room was upstairs and with no upstairs bathroom, it meant having to go downstairs for the share bathroom. The stairs were incredibly steep and i did not enjoy having to climb them every time i wanted to go up to my room. "My partner and I spent three nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
