「Sono stati gentilissimi, arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato un upgrade ad una suite !!! avevamo dimenticato una felpa in camera e 2 giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo accorti, e abbiamo telefonato, hanno trovato la soluzione per farcela arrivare a Tirana prima del nostro volo , e si sono pure preoccupati a telefonare per assicurarsi che tutto sia andato bene, oltre qualsiasi aspettativa !!!
