It was ok for a 1 night stay. Checked in by 4pm checked out by 530am. Don't plan on a clean room but the bed is clean i checked. They could use more pillows the ones they had are very soft so no real head support.

We had to wait over 2 hours after the 4oclock check in time for the manager to open the office. He comped a night for our trouble. The building is old and dog eared. The room was not overly clean, but we lived with it.

Well, this motel is in an absolute perfect location and very inexpensive, remember that you get what you pay for. The front desk staff was not rude by any means, but clearly had no social skills and was unable to greet us, tell us anything about the hotel, or speak more than one word prior to handing us the key. The hotel itself, good Lord! I’m not sure, which was worse, the excessive smell of cigarettes the excessive smell of urine or the cigarette burns in the bedding. Wait, maybe it was the shower that had one singular stream of water coming out of it that only hit me chest high, even though I am only 5’6. Big perks! The karaoke bar/Chinese food restaurant next-door is hands-down my favorite bar/restaurant I have ever been to. The staff was amazing and the food was delightful.

I loved the location in regards to Depot bay. The heater in the living room did not work and the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was really pissed/noisy. But other than that it was ok, not a terrible experiance but just ok.

We were really happy staying here, it’s in a great location and the man working the front desk was very nice when we were there. The room was really clean in my opinion compared to other cheaper motels I have stayed at in the past, there’s old carpet in the rooms but other than that we had no complaints at all, I also felt safe staying here and there didn’t seem to be weird people lurking around which is also a plus. Would recommend to stay here if you are wanting to stay on a budget!
