We were here for business and on a schedule.
The first day there was no hot water for showers. It came on later when we had to leave. Then when we returned later at night, our room was not cleaned. My husband had to go down to the lobby to get clean towels. There was no sign on the door either, as they asked when we complained. We were told nothing could be done for us because we booked through Expedia. Very disappointing, especially for Hampton Inn.
