The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. I gave it 5 stars enen tho it was not a totally first class place in that it's old (and the toilet seat was oval on a round stool!) but it is an excellent buy in a great place to get to the National Western complex which was our goal! I WILL stay again when attending the NWSS,

The staff was very kind; however, the hotel location itself is in an area of town I would not stay again. The lobby and front parking lot of the hotel were congested by homeless people. A man was sleeping on the luggage cart our first night, no shoes and slumped over his knees. Not ideal for families or people wanting a comfortable stay. I would not recommend to my friends and family.

Great hotel for the price. Friendly staff, older hotel, but being renovated, and was clean and comfortable. Nearby LoHi, and the concert venue that we went to. We had a nice stay and we’ll stay there again.
