We’re torn on just how low to rate this hotel. It was one of our worst hotel experiences to date. The room was not properly stocked, there were multiple electrical issues including outlets that didn’t work, housekeeping requests (for less, not more done) were disregarded and medication was thrown away (we reported the medication issue and the night front desk agent said she would check with her manager, but we received no follow up).
Add to that, simpler inconveniences like no where to hang towels yet not enough for two people for two days (housekeeping comes every other), curtains that were bent out of shape and unable to fully shut, and $49 daily valet parking only and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel over other comparable properties in the area.
That said, it was fairly convenient to Union Station and LoDo/16th St Mall. (Also note, the proximity to the Station means frequently hearing trains, in case that’s a cause for concern.)
