不喜歡：員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
I booked this homestay for my Indonesian friends, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with suspicion and disrespect. The receptionist questioned whether the reservation was really theirs and tried to verify their phone number unnecessarily, even though it clearly matched the booking.
When they checked in, there was only one towel and a tiny bar of soap for two people—completely inadequate. Thankfully, they had brought their own towels. The staff handed them a price list for soiling towels or bedding, which felt very unwelcoming and accusatory from the start.
Throughout their stay, the internet was terrible, constantly cutting in and out. Worst of all, the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. On the day of check-out, they were called four times before 12pm, even though they had already checked out on time. It felt like they were being rushed out and harassed.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience for my friends, and I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone—especially local or Indonesian guests. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this homestay.
