Nice place GREAT STAFF

Place is 3 minutes drive from beach not really walkable very busy main roads. But was beautiful grounds and pool is impeccable. Breakfast was delicious. The place is quite in need of some TLC it would have been wonderful 20 years ago...a bit expensive for this reason

This property is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Mold is present throughout, the bathrooms are in terrible condition, and the floors are dangerously slippery. We had booked for 7 nights but checked out the same day due to serious health and safety concerns. Unfortunately, we have not received a refund and are still working with Expedia to resolve the issue.

Great Hotel/Area ok

This is a good hotel if you're wanting to be in a different part of the island and not in a big touristy area. The area from what the locals have said is not the best, but we felt safe because the hotel is gated.

娘と２人で6日間滞在しました。総合的にとてもよかったです。スタッフの方たちもとても親切でした。ただ、予約前に口コミで見たシャワーの出が悪いってところは改善されていませんでした。ドライヤーも風が弱すぎて使えませんでした。空調やキッチンは整っていました。簡単なお料理はできますよ！近くにコンビニがあったのでそこで買ったものを調理して食べたりしました。プールもとてもよかったです。現地の人と一緒に泊まる予定だったので、2ベットルームのヴィラを探して予約しました。海外からのお客様を案内するお仕事の現地の人が｢こんなにいいヴィラがあるんだね｣って感心していたので、周りと比べたらコスパも含めてよかったんだと思います。朝食も毎日3種類から選ぶことができたので、飽きませんでした。ち

Super vriendelijke en behulpzame service. Wij waren buiten het seizoen waardoor het heel rustig was. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie kamers. Het strand en centrum van Sanur ligt wel op 32 minuten loopafstand, maar de medewerkers zijn meer dan bereid om je (gratis) naar Sanur te brengen. Ontbijt was oke. Jammer dat er geen bar in het hotel was om een drankje te halen, maar op 100 meter lopen lag een minimarket. Al met al heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Good hotel and nice pool

Good nice hotel with very big rooms (at least ours). It's not in the center. they have a drop off and pick up service. The surrounding area is not nice but inside the hotel, everything is very good

Looks better in photos than in reality. Air conditioning was not working properly so it was very hot during the night. Weird smell in the room. Area very rough which far away from what you need for holidays. It looks like that this hotel is counting last days.

Rustig hotel (eigenlijk is het een villa er eigen woonkamer, keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer). Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Vriendelijk personeel die je altijd (gratis!) overal binnen Sanur willen brengen en van/naar vliegveld. Ontbijt goed geregeld, zwembad heerlijk, kortom een fantastische accommodatie.

Great little gem away from the hustle and bustle. A little aged but retains its charm! The pool is fantastic and the staff are beautiful people who made our stay just great. It’s so fantastic that breakfast and shuttles to the beach are included - made life just that much easier.

Nice Staff, great for family vacation

Very friendly staffs and always willing to help. The villa is nice but a bit dated. Towels were provided, but they are old and some of them were torn. There are not a lot of things available around the neighborhood, but the villa's staffs are ready to take the guests to nearby grocery store or restaurants. Breakfast could be improved with more variety especially for guests who are staying for more than 2 or 3 days.
