Upon arrival, the indifferent young lady at the desk, who is definitely lacking in customer service skills, gave me my room card keys that showed me assigned to a 3rd floor handicap accessible room.
I inquired as to why my request for the first floor was denied. She gave the standard hotel brush off, “We are booked up for tonight.” In...

「The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked, except that the faucet must have been installed backwards: I couldn't get any hot water until I turned the handle towards the direction labeled cold. The hotel is located very conveniently to a Walmart, gas station, and local eateries, Cotton Patch Cafe across the highway is worth a visit. Overall a good stay!」
