It's a value 5 star hotel. You get what you pay. The property is beautiful and located on a private beach. Rooms are big and clean but need some improvements, especially bathrooms and doors. Kitchen stuff must be unexperienced. Most dishes are overcooked. Staff was very helpful with a great attitude.

Whilst it was okay, the food was very repetitive and too much choice meant not enough attention was paid to the meals in relation to taste. Mostly Russians and entertainment was also geared towards Russian speakers. Poolside music was the same everyday! Mixture of dance tracks that was the same playlists all Week. The best place was the beach. One of the best beaches I have been in Turkey! Beachside bar and snacks were good. Pizza and burgers- can’t really go wrong. Kids liked the poolside and the slides. But it was very busy. The alcohol was very cheap and tasted awful. The beer was watered down. Not worth an all inclusive. Most workers this year were very young. Student age mostly.

The hotel itself is amazing. Great staff, premises, next to the sandy beach with clean and warm sea for swimming. I have taken 1 star for everything because: 1. On the first day one member of staff in the bar was very rude to me and I had to complain. We didn't go to the bar after the incident. 2. There are a lot of cats in the canteen who try to get into your plate. 3. A lot of dogs on the territory of the hotel chasing guests, fighting with each other. The worst thing is that the dogs are fouling on the beach!!! It has considerably spoilt the impression. 4. Location is very far away from the airport: beween 2.5-3 hours drive one way.

Too many dogs running in and out the restaurant - and they were so noisy… The cleaning in the restaurant dirty glasses etc and the staff didn’t recognise you not much service….

The experience at Andriake Beach Club Resort was average, at best. The only real redeeming feature of our stay was the private sandy beach access to the Mediterranean Sea. This was truly beautiful, with access to private cabanas and lounge chairs provided from the resort. Otherwise, the rest of the resort experience was pretty underwhelming and I am not sure how it is categorized as a five-star hotel. The furnishings are bare, worn, yellowed and covered in rust, and there is clear lack of attention to maintenance in the entire facility. Moreover, the service was poor as emphasized by two experiences. During our stay, we had accidentally broken a glass and called the reception for help to clean it up. Although housekeeping eventually came hours after the call, while we were out of the room, they did not clean the mess and we had to spend the entirety of our stay walking around glass shards. Additionally, whenever we called reception for help, this would be delayed, if it ended up happening at all. On the day of check out, we called the reception for assistance with luggage, and after no response for 1 hour, we called again. Eventually, someone came to help about 15 minutes later. Finally, the all-inclusive food concept was average, at best. While there is a good selection and variety of dishes at each meal, the taste was mediocre. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my family and friends, and will not be coming back either.

Biz çok sevdik

Otelin konumunu, fiziki halini çok beğendik. İster çocuklu ister çocuksuz rahat edebileceğiniz bir yer.. Otel çok büyük ve kalabalık olmasına rağmen alan o kadar genis ki yemek yerken sasiriyorsunuz bu kadar insan var mıydı diye. Deniz önünde , akuali havuz çok büyük. Yeşil alanları çok büyük ve güzel. Çocuk aguali havuzu ayrı. Plajı otele özelmiş gibi sakin.. Başka işletme vs.yok.Günbatımı otelden de plajdan da nefis. Tekrar gitmeye karar verdik.. Hiç birşeye ihtiyaç duymadık. Valizlerimiz otele girmemiz yetti..

Nevresimllerde bir kaç kıl çıktı, ona binaen genel manada temiz bir ortam vardı. 5 yıldızlı beach clup da eğlence uygulaması sandalye kapmacaya benzer oyun üzerineydi, Düzenli bir dj ile guzel bir clup ortamı sağlanabilir ki saglansa da ikide bir dale don dale calan bir clup ortamı olmamalı guncel şarkılardan uzak sürekli ayni şarkılar eşliğinde absürt eğlence uygulamaları mevcuttu, yemekleri genel manada çok iyi olmasa da iyiydi denilebilir fakat tatlılar manasında aynisini söyleyemek mümkün değil. İnsanları da anlamak lazim Otelin manzarası konumu görünümü ve çalışanların iletişimine söylenecek söz yok hepsi iyiydi.

15-18 Ağustos tarihlerinde çift olarak otelde kaldık.Ben hamile olduğum için denizi olan bir otel tercih ettik ama maalesef plajı hem sığ kumlu hem de acayip dalgalıydı ayağımızı bile sokamadık.Sürekli başka plajlara gitmek zorunda kaldık.Yemekleri aç bırakmayacak şekildeydi.Her şey çok lezzetli değildi.Havuz çok büyük güzel ama çok çocuklu aile var.Akşam etkinlikleri yetersiz beklentiniz yüksek olmasın.Bir daha gelmeyiz.Kaldığımız oda çok büyüktü ama tuvalet ile banyo kapısının ortak olması sıkıntıydı

Das Hotel ist wie folgt: Das Gebäude ist sehr schön braucht Pflege und Auffrischung.Es liegt an einem wunderschönen Strand aber abgelegen nur mit Auto zu erreichen. Das Essen ist gut aber nichts für Gourmes. Es sind überwiegend Osteuropäer als Gäste.

Konaklamamız çok güzel geçti 4 gece 5 gün kaldık temizlikten yemeklerden memnun kaldık havuzu temizdi denizi biraz dalgalıydı ama yinede girilebilirdi denizin yanındaki açık büfe de her daim güzel yemekler çıkıyor. Odamızın büyüklüğü konumu çok güzeldi her şekilde memnun kaldık eşimle tekrardan tercih ederiz mutlaka.

Mimari olarak güzel temizlik orta fiyat performans fena değil ama yemekler kötü. Burda aklıma takılan konu şu diyelim ki kötü malzemeden yemek yapıyorlar ama makarna da mı kötü olur. Otel sahibi yetkilisi okursa ona şunu söylemek isterim ; mutfak ekibinin değişmesi mi lazım siz işletme olarak kötü malzeme verdiniz ama makarna da yumurta da kötü mü olur 🤔
