「The rooms and amenities were excellent. However, there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to staff friendliness and efficiency. When we arrived to check in at 3pm, our room was not yet ready. We were told that we would receive a call as soon as it became available, but we never received any notification and had to follow up ourselves. It also appeared that only one staff member was working the front desk. She was trying to check in multiple guests while simultaneously answering...

「My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!」

「Our Room was nice and clean, we had daily housekeeping, the pool area was a really nice vibe. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated the free water. The Location was EXCELLENT! I loved that we were able to text the staff and get answers right away. The valet was very helpful and friendly we loved that they held our luggage until we were able to fly out even though we had already checked out. I would definitely return and recommend CAMBRIA to my family and friends.」

「Stunning entry is not to be missed. Our room was one of the nicest of our lives. HUGE one bedroom suite with a gigantic bathroom and amazing walk-in shower. It's a shame we were only there one night and we will definitely return.」

「Our second trip to Nashville and our second stay at The Thompson. It is an easy walk to so many great restaurants. The food in the hotel is great and we love the coffee shop. The people were friendly and we got great recommendations on places to go.」

「Rooftop bar was dirty and when we sat at the bar we were never acknowledged so after 10 min we left and went to the lobby bar before dinner and was greeted by a rude blond lady bartender. Overall a disappointing experience for the price. We planned to have brunch but after the experience went elsewhere. On a positive note the valets were great」
