「Very nice hotel with wonderful hospitality. But it’s really hard to find since it’s on the 17:th floor of a huge apartment buildning. It should benefit from a sign at the entrance. 」

「Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! 」

「The hotel is just next to railway station, airport shuttle bus just directly drop off next into it (although I used Uber). Restaurants & supermarket just around the hotel. Staff can speak good English, the staff Anna helped me to call the museum and make for the reservation. Even I had my Chernobyl tour in two days, they allowed me to storage my luggage in the hotel after I came back. I would recommend you to choose this hotel. (But one thing bare in mind, you need to bring your own teeth brush,...

「I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!」

「I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.」
