「Clean, modern and nicely appointed room with great views. We appreciated the included parking spot- super helpful in this town. Loved the bedding and toiletries that were included. My only complaint is that the AC didn’t seem to work as efficiently as it should for a newly renovated room. Also the room darkening shades are amazing and keep it very dark. Would recommend!!」

「Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!」

「The staff was amazing at check in. The room was very clean and everything worked. The breakfast was also very good in the morning and the view is spectacular. It’s a little hard to get to, so definitely recommend a taxi coming to and from the city at night.」

「We prepaid and hotel said they did not have our reservation. They sent us to another hotel claiming it would be at the same level, it was not.」

「Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic....
