"Breakfast was good. Check in was fast and easy. Staff friendly. Didn't use the pool but it was nice and clean. Room was clean and in good shape. Handicap parking was far from entrance in our building. No ramp at our entrance. We propped open the locked side door to use the only ramp near the Handicap parking. Nothing that would keep us away another time. Go to Ted's Steakhouse. Good food. Nearby."
"Having gone thru some changes......the new owners are making a great effort to revive this place.
Room were renovated, nice selection @ breakfast , & thanks for the giant bag of ice.
Keep up the good work....!!!"
"I love the fact that the creek ran behind the back of the tiny home. I love the layout, but if you were a very tall person, the upstairs loft will be difficult to navigate. I was disappointed that there were not enough towels , no blow dryer , no filter or coffee for the coffee pot. They had there they had one filter and one coffee pot in a tin can and we stayed for three mornings. I recommend they take one of the empty cabinets in the kitchen and fill it with things for the bathroom. This was a third place that we had stayed on our trip to Colorado. It could be very nice if somebody would add amenities inside the tiny home like cotton balls, Q-tips sugar creamer, so many different things that other people supply for you. I did love the location, communication could’ve been better but one positive thing they have that others do not is a laundry, but they need to email me the code to let me know to get my things out once they’ve been started. The door was open so I just started a load and then when I came back, it was locked so I immediately text never to hear back from them. A family told me that was going up there. This honestly could be a 10 out of 10 place but needs some revisions made."
"The hotel was in a great location from the National park and still close to everything else in town. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and was kept stocked. Rooms were clean and maintained. I would stay again"
"The staff were incredibly rude, a woman and two men i encountered at the front desk when I was there for 2.5 days. The food selection was old stale cereal, no milk/ creamer for coffee or cereal and muffins in a small pack. When opening one I immediately saw mold.
When talking to the staff members we were constantly met with “what do you want now?” Or a very annoyed, sounding “what”. The woman was on her phone having a conversation via speaker and when I had requested some support with our leaking shower and lights sparking. She seems very bothered to be looking for an available room for us. She initially said that we would be charged more for changing rooms but to not follow through with that. The second time I required some assistance after changing rooms, I left my pajamas in the previous room, and when I requested to grab the keys to access an hour later, she rolled her eyes and told me to go find a housekeeper. I did try to contact a housekeeper in passing, and I was told to go ask her for help. After getting my pajamas back, I overheard the front desk, saying some rude remarks about me
The beds were dirty and covered in stains, the shower soaps were empty, and the WiFi did not work. Overall, a horrible day and not worth the almost $300 I spent on two nights there for my sister’s graduation. I could honestly look past all of the cosmetic things if the staff were nicer and there was access to the amenities that were promised online such as the pool and breakfast. 0/10"

"Property should offer free bottled water for guests for the price we paid.
The bathroom door is way too close to the toilet so maybe install a sliding door instead."
