Pillows are very uncomfortable....too too soft consequently the head sinks in and it not a pillow, just flat as the rest of the bed

I found this Hampton Inn on Expedia. My husband and I were greeted by Shirley, who could not have been more welcoming. She was friendly and helpful, recommending a nearby restaurant for dinner. The hotel appears to be brand new with well appointed rooms, facilities, and lovely decor. Having many hooks in the bathroom to hold towels, clothing, etc., was practical and appreciated. Highly recommend! We will return!

The room and property is good and the locality seems awesome but there is no parking on site and valet parking is $30. That's not specified on the site for booking.

We really loved staying here. It’s clean, the continental breakfast was great, and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be having to valet the car. It’s not an option and it’s expensive. Even if we wanted to park the car ourselves, the area and location are not conducive to do that. Valets were all remarkable!

This hotel is brand new, which means it's in pristine condition and is spotless. The staff are very helpful, friendly and the location is perfect. I walked to the beach ---about a 20-minute walk---and it's a 5-10-minute walk to Atlantic Ave, where everything is happening in Delray beach. Perfect stay, I highly recommend it.

Great spot to stay in Delray! You are in close walking distance of Atlantic Ave. Upon arrival, the hotel was under the impression we had a King Room when we booked 2 Queens through Expedia. However, Shirley at the front desk was amazing and helped us out. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. She made our trip 10x better. We did run into an issue with a lack of shower towels at the property, which caused us to be late to dinner. Other than that, our stay was great.

Terrific value. Very clean and everything looks new. Breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly. I like the shower, it's big and the faucet is opposite of the spigot. Bed is very comfortable.

Not bad for a Hampton Inn. Pricey for a room and it cost me over 59 bucks a day to park. Hotel charges $36. A day to park and a tip each time you take your car out. No self parking, which is what I prefer to save time each time you want to use your car.

Requested 2 joint rooms. Called to confirm that I would arrive late and that the 2 joint rooms would be available. They assured me they blocked the rooms so that we would be next to each other. Called back later to confirm and they told me I had nothing to worry. When I got to the hotel they game me separate rooms anyway because they were very full. The same thing happened to the family that checked in after us. I understand that many properties cannot guarantee joint rooms (although many do). But then don’t tell me that you blocked the rooms and that I will get joint rooms for sure if you are not sure.
