It was not a great. We booked a premium suite with dinner and transport. We ended up in a smelly room with a broken TV and broken toilet.
We were overcharged on the dinner and were promised a refund which to date we have not received.
The check out took about 40 mins because the front desk guy kept taking phone calls from other customers instead of finishing the check out.
The hotel did not know we had an included booking and it took many phone calls and discussions to explain.
We were given a different room with a half working air conditioning unit and had an uncomfortable night.
On the plus side, the food was nice and we did receive a packed breakfast at 2 am in the morning. Being close to the airport is great, specially for early morning flights.
All in all it was not a great experience for us.

Stay at your own risk!
Very poor experience, especially when checking out where the front office staff insisted that the bill be settled with an India credit/ debit card, not an International one. Further, on Day 2 of the visit, my room was allotted to someone else, who knocked on the door in the morning.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life! When I reached, there was a group of guys walking out an injured person. The person was bleeding from the head. Lots of people were standing in the lobby. I approached the front desk in attempt to check-in. They told me that the WiFi was down so I should stand aside and wait. While waiting, I noticed more people walking in, two of them jumped on the counter and reached up to the ceiling to tear down the security cameras. Saw others using chairs outside the main entrance to do the same with the outside cameras. Some of the guys had blood on their shirts. After about an hour, they finally checked us in. When we reached the room, the keycard did not work for the door. The employee who walked us to the room had to run back downstairs to get an actual key to unlock the door. We noticed that the door was physically locked because it does not close properly. I had to immediately book another hotel in Aerocity and left this hotel because it did not seem safe at all. I also saw lots of other guests come to the counter to complain about noise and WiFi not working. This is the worst hotel on the face of the earth!! I didn’t even mention the individuals spitting in the hallways and in the lobby. This turned my stomach!!! Stay away from this hotel! I didn’t even bother to get a refund because it was not worth it!

So request you to put this hotel in black list or delete from your portal

Property location is good, 20 mins from the airport but property (specfically rooms) are kept in poor condition, I had to call the staff to get hot water, and air condition did not work in timely fashion again had to all the staff and it did not work. It seems property is short staffed. I wlll not stay again

What was that?
They name rooms without windows „Premium“
If you like smell from the kitchen, then switch on the A/C
They tried to charge me for breakfast although it was part of the package.
Staff at the front desk has to work >24/3. They are totally overtired.
I recommend the Pullmann around the corner.

Worst experience ever and have the pictures to prove.
Take an uber instead of their shuttle which will save you US$ 15.
Bathroom faucets had limescales all over, the vents were dirty and no clean air was circulating.
Fridge was filthy and TV didn't work. Bed linens were stained and the pull away bed had plyboard and a disgusting bed.
Evening buffet staff tried to cheat on the bill and corrected it when asked to take a picture.
Hotel staff were very non-responsive and gave us the creeps. This was not woth more than $50/night. Disgusting to say the least and hope to get a full refund because this was definitely a shock!

Rooms are damp, bathroom does not have a shower door, there are no electrical outlet for your peripherals, dusty and dirty rooms.
This can't be a 4 star establishment. Please avoid this hotel.

When i arrived at the facility at 5 am (very late check in) they said they had given the room away. this is despite me calling them twice to re-confirm that the room would be available even if i showed up to use the room only for 7 hours (5am-12 pm). They said not a problem since it was a confirmed booking and then they surprise me with room not available. After giving my point of view, they did eventually provide the room, but the experience left me that i cannot trust booking a room with them.
