Worst hotel experience. The location is a construction zone! Near the airport--yes, but non-existent. Both the map and the address show where the property was torn down, and NO ONE told me. Imagine showing up to your "hotel" that is surrounded by construction walls, completely inaccessible at 10:00 pm! When I finally got to a real hotel with internet, called the company (different location) they were completely unsympathetic and said the taxi driver had scammed me. REALLY?! I was just glad they got me to a real hotel that didn't break the bank. Orbitz wasn't much more helpful. "We're really sorry, they won't refund you." No show.The end. (Not sure how they expected me to show up . . .)

This hotel charged my father for the room even though I paid for it through your site. The room was filthy. I would like to file a formal complaint and would like a full refund.

Worst experience

A so called hotel with no board and direction. Befooling the tourist by mentioning it as a three star facility in aerocity. The worst possible ambience and dingy rooms just ten by ten size. Horrible bed and filthy smelling sheets and towels. Horrible approach to the hotel where even the next door person doesn't give the direction. We wasted one hour to locate the place as the person at reception did not pick the phone to give us the directions. I strongly denounce this facility. Please stop making a fool of people who can afford and need a peaceful sleep after the flights.

Airport Hotel Melfort is a scam. The location in Google Maps shows it within Aerocity but there is no hotel there. When I called the number provided in Expedia itinerary, I was informed to come to another hotel, Airport Hotel Aerofly. The location of the hotel is a scam. The amenities that was guaranteed in the itinerary also did not match. The only thing I get against my payment is a unclean bed, electricity, and air conditioner. Things that I didn't get are, TV (there was one but without the setup box connection), no wifi, no service at all, phone to reception don't work, not even a bottle of water. Rest aside the advanced amenities like toiletries etc. The property owner and staffs both were non professional in behaviour. Rooms were not cleaned, underneath the bed there was load of litters, washroom was so unclean that I couldn't use it. In summary it is a scam to get inr 1000 out of your pocket by showing you 4.8 Google review and delhi Aerocity location and then provide you with a inr 400 property in Mahipalpur. I held Expedia partially responsible for this scam, along with the property owner. They should have had better checks for the business listing.
