德爾瑪親子飯店，旅行前必看！

「Another excellent stay at Del Mar on the Beach Hotel! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the location simply can’t be beat. We’ve been staying here for over 30 years, and we can’t say enough about how beautifully the renovations have transformed the property. The hotel looks wonderful, and we truly appreciate the improvements. We also enjoyed the sparkling water and the thoughtful addition of reusable pitchers and cups. Our only complaint was...

「The guest rooms were very dirty, and there was even one night when the guest rooms were not cleaned at all.」

「The room is very clean」

「This hotel is good and clean.」

「非常好，值得推荐，下次还会来的」

「The front desk personnel was not trained enough to support issuing the correct invoice.」

「A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.」

「One of the rooms was not cleaned on the day we checked in. One of the beds was not made when cleaning after check in.」

「The sink countertop and in the bathroom too narrow to set my make-up bag, only may put teeth cups. It’s inconvenient!」
