Comfortable stay at Lemontree

It was good, the location was very good but the rooms are not great. Cleanliness is maintained and the dining room has an outstanding view. Overall a decent property and a comfortable stay.

The stay was disappointing. I had to walk 500m of corridor to reach the lift and so much again to reach the dining hall!!! Room is badly maintained door lock faulty, ceiling trap bangs each time you open and close the door. The lady manager is ill mannered and rude. Other staff are helpful and polite. Location is good near the mall but beware during week ends terrible noise from mall till 10.30pm

lovely room, friendly staff

we booked the valley view room. Normally we would go for a king room. However, at this hotel, all valley view rooms have two twin beds. In a normal hotel that would be less than desirable for us (under normal circumstances), but it worked at this Lemon Tree because the room was quite huge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The water pressure in our bathroom (512) was low, so the shower wasn't great, and the toiletries (shampoo and other stuff) wasn't good. Breakfast is very good at the hotel.

The front desk are a bunch of liars who mislead customers, even those who keep coming back every few weeks. Pathetic service, downright thieves and ones who dont have the courage to be honest with their motives. Never again

very good hotel in Dehradun

this is our second time staying in this hotel. It's a very good one, and there aren't a huge number of choices in this category in Dehradun. Breakfast is good. Staff do their best to make sure the stay is a good one. It helps that the hotel is connected to the mall

Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff.

This is one of the better hotels in Dehradun. Great service from all staff. Tasty breakfast buffet, with wide variety of foods. We hired a car through the front desk for a day tour of Mussourie. Minor complaint is only one device per room can connect to wifi simultaneously. Ask for a room with view of mountains.

Thier location is good but service is not good as per per expecation.They have degraded their service in comaprsion to their other branches in delhi and other locations. Reception staffs were not well behaved. Initally they had alloted me a lower category room and not as per my booking. I was not expecting this kind of beahviour from them.

Great Hotel!! Great Service!!

Great stay at the Lemon Tree hotel! The place had 24 hr room service and the service was very good. Even during the middle of the night, the food we ordered was delicious and the service was quite prompt. All in all, great experience at the hotel - will recommend to anyone!
