"The pool and hot tub are under construction. This is noted on Expedia, but I would guess that many others, like me, would never see where it gives this information prior to booking. There is still a picture of the old pool/hot tub as the first or one of the first photos for the property. It is also still listed on the amenity list. Besides this huge disappointment for my kids and me, the hotel was good and the staff was pleasant!"

"The staff insulted the town that I live in for no reason at check in. The water in the shower was luke warm at best at night and cold in the morning. The staff closed the pool at 9 even though the book says 10 and the hot tub did not work. The cable box did not work in room 216 ( there was no cable to the box), the other 2 rooms that I rented, for our get together, did. Also the wifi was not good enough to stream the free channels on their vizio. Our room had less than a 1/4 of a roll of toilet...

"Place is great, we recommend it, everytime we travel to Garden City this is my favorite place to stay, very clean, stuff is the best, very quiet, we always rest so good,the hot tub is the most important thing for us we relax for a little and my granddaughter enjoy the pool while we are relaxing, if you love to eat without going out from this place they have restaurant inside and a bar 🍸 at night, you wake up and they have a delicious breakfast buffet included in your room, or if you would like...
