"I always enjoy stopping at the Saybrook Inn and Spa. The front desk gentleman were very nice and welcomed me back. We arrived almost at restaurant closing time and our server was accommodating and kind. The hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast wait staff were great. Look forward to our next visit."

"Very nice hotel. The breakfast is good too the only thing is that there is no little refrigerator in the room and no cups in the bathroom. The room is nice and the beds are nice, clean, and comfy. I’m so glad the hotels don’t use bed spreads and bed skirts on the bed anymore. My husband and I go here all the time when we go to the Mohegan Sun it very close."

"The hotel is lovely. By their own admission the owners have a notice saying excuse us whilst we renovate. The lodge was fine, we didn’t really notice it wanted much done. The car park was plenty, the room was spacious and comfy. Great views out the back. Convenient for the area, we really liked it. "

"We stayed 5 days! Customer service was great ;) Housekeeping was great, the cafe in the morning was excellent! Lounge area if you wanted to go out in the evening they had Pool, Darts, & Karaoke If you didn't want to go to the Beach, they had a Pool/Gym Right near the Highway & Route 1 We had a wonderful Stay!!...Will definitely go back!!! Gave them 5 Stars ;)"
