I also truly appreciate the excellent service from the bellboys, Filmer and Jose to the restaurant Giovanni and Terrence not to forget Jay and Mike from the housekeeping. "I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"Clean room, very friendly staff, airport and port shuttles were very useful, and the breakfast buffet was perfect. I would stay here again! Only thing I didnt like is the showering situation, you had to get into a whirlpool hot tub to shower using a handheld shower head that you had to prop up. It would flood the bathroom eachtime. Suggesting getting rid of thr tub and installing a proper shower its its place for convenience and a less hassle and dangerous experience for showering."

"Spectacular stay! The room was very spacious and squeaky clean. The pool is the obvious best feature and provides a little oasis from the busy spots. Staff was really helpful even when I asked to book a shuttle last minute to the airport — they had it sorted by 8am. Breakfast is quite extensive and fresh. If I ever find myself back in Santorini, I’ll be here."

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"
