This is a very clean lodging/shopping area! The rooms had everything you need! Western atmosphere! I would recommend it to anyone! Everyone was very nice!

Great property, clean room, and great parking. Only thing that needs to be addressed is the answering service for the Guest Ranch & Event center phone line. The phone routing service kept cutting me off when trying to reach customer service because I didn’t get the entry code to my room by check in. But shoutout to housekeeping staff Becky who helped me get in my room to resolve the issue!

This property is interesting and different. We could look out our door and watch cowboys practicing their rodeo skills. I wish our stay would had been longer. We would have loved to get a tour of the ranch. The only difficulty we had was in getting our door code. The staff was extremely friendly.

Great Room For An Awesome Price
Loved our stay!! The property was so peaceful and had a fantastic price point! Almost no one was there during our reservation. We walked around the property and instantly felt at home. We saved so much money. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. They also had very comfortable beds with an ample amount of toiletries. 100% would book again in a heartbeat!!

The futon bed had spring’s missing, so the mattress would fall through the frame. The cabin is in a nice peaceful area, but overpriced for what you get.

We loved it. It was a very pretty and clean cottage. We wanted to experience something that characterized Texas and we found it. It was just hard to find, but a woman told us how to drive there. That's the only thing we disliked.

I loved it and am planning to go back next week when I'm traveling thru Texas. I had trouble finding the cabin at first, but was able to call and the manager told me how to drive there. It's beautiful and peaceful. The comfort cabin was very clean and a nice change from the hotels where my family and I usually stay. My kids loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper we met. I highly recommend it.

We were there for a camp that was hosted by NRS. We have used the RV hook ups in years past when we drove, however had to rent a room this year. Room was perfect, close to arena and reasonably priced.

Perfect stay!
Staying out at the NRS bunkhouse was absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean and what we needed and we have young kids that were able to safely run around the property.

Beautiful room but the bed was too high and uncomfortable. We have a horse hotel with cabins and we use the memory foam beds - easier to sit on bed to put shoes on, etc...

In the description on Hotels.Com it does not mention how we are supposed to get into our room since it did say there is not an attendant on site for check in. Needless to say I was supposed to get a code to unlock the room. Not sure who dropped the ball but the site could not find any of my info and I spent a good hour on the phone trying to get into my room. Very annoying being as it was cold outside & had been a long day. Also had an issue with not having hot water. I called for assistance while I’m the shower & someone came immediately to “reset” the hot water heater. The neighbors heard me as I was freezing in the shower & came out to tell the attendant that they haven’t had hot water their whole stay. Never did I read on any site that alcohol was not allowed in public or in the room. Hard to believe that cowboys & ranchers can’t even have a beer after a hard days work. Everyone was super nice & very helpful once we called but hate having the inconvenience. The property was really l nice & we enjoyed when all was going good. Will probably give them another chance.

Internet didn't always work. Hard to reach someone who could help. Those who did help were very nice. Still trying to find out if I am getting a refund for checking out a day early. Since there is no front desk, I notified them and left a message.

We are just far enough out in the country to have sometimes spotty WiFi we are constantly trying to make it better and more seamless. Unique Cowboy motif. Feels like a real ranch bunkhouse, but with all the modern convinces. Quiet, secluded, cozy accommodations. Comfortable king bed. Nice couch & table. Enjoyed my stay.
