"The stay was ok. Our restroom mirror was half working and you could hear everything in the hallway. We also had a tub with shower curtain n liner, I would have thought a step in shower with glass door. I guess for the price we paid I expected a nicer stay. No coffee or water in the room but they did have a coffee maker, made no sense! Don't think I'll stay again for $180.00 a night."

"Our stay was adequate. The staff was present and accommodating, but the overall feel of the hotel was rundown. We were 2, staying for a week, but we got 1 each washcloth, hand towel and coffee cup. There were 2 bath towels, but we prefer not to share our face cloths & hand towels. When I asked for the missing towels & more cups, her response was "so you want another wash cloth?" Um... We didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on it, but we probably would not stay at this hotel again."

"The room smelled like smoke and musty damp. The entire property likely needs a redo. We brought out dog so maybe they put us in the dog friendly room that were gross. I wouldn't stay again but it was one of only two hotels in the area that allowed pets. "

"No elevator and Bed was hard . Area was sketchy with smokers and drinkers outside nothing was done about it ."

"A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I wanted to ask her was for a different room due to AC. I know it would not have ended well. First negative review I've had to write in several years. We stay in several hotels for basketball tournaments always around the same price range. Beds have always been comfortable and rooms have always been cold. Just a terrible experience overall for the one night we were there. Oh and rust water stains all over the tub. We thought it was dirt at first but just stains. But that didn't even bother me. Just the terrible beds and that terrible AC made it miserable to sleep!!! Please do better."
