Résidence propre , très bien situé , chambre spacieuse, bon séjour même si nous avons eu un petit soucis à l’arrivée dans le bâtiment où était notre chambre du coup une autre chambre nous a été donné sans terrasse / balcon comme j’avais réservé !! C’est dommage

Excellent séjour passé dans cet établissement. L’appartement était spacieux et très propre. Les piscines chauffées nous a enchantés. Nous avons garé notre voiture et nous avons tout fait à pieds car les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité

Meilleure communication à travailler
Appartement très bien, propre et spacieux. En revanche, Parcours pour trouver sa chambre et l'accès au parking pour récupérer sa voiture, très mal indiqués. Aucune explication concernant la réservation la veille pour pouvoir petit déjeuner. Lorsqu'on arrive le soir après le salon, impossibilité d'avoir de la place !! Résultat, l'équipe n'a jamais pu petit-déjeuner sur place, super pratique !! Lorsque j'ai informé l'accueil du manque de communication, on m'a répondu que tout était écrit dans le livret remis à la remise des clefs. Pas très professionnel...

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble. Tout se trouve à proximité à pied (pharmacie,carrefour,plage…). Seul point négatif est au niveau de l’accueil, le peu de fois que j’ai eu à demander un renseignement, j’ai eu l’impression de déranger…Mais bon.

The front desk needs training; not much information is shared, also, we were asked three times if we had children at the time of check-in without any apparent reason in a suspicious manner like if we were trying to sneak in children; once would have been enough, the front desk person should have seen that the question was not well received by my wife for very sensitive personal reason. Total absence of EQ.

Anniversary break in France
The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything.

In die Jahre gekommenes Interior in der Ferienwohnung, enttäuschend . Zu hartes Bett . Zu dünnes Klopapier. Balkon ( Stühle , Tisch , Brüstung und Fenster ( auch beim Öffnen Fensterrahmen) dreckig und ungeputzt. Service spricht nur teilweise Englisch, nicht akzeptabel.

Erstreinigung war sehr schlecht, Kühlschrank dreckig und stark riechend. Vom Vorgänger befanden sich im Küchenschrank zahlreiche leere und abgestanden riechende Flaschen. Haben das bei der Rezeption auch moniert. Toilettenpapier fehlte (war sonst immer vorhanden). Große Flecken auf Sofa, Teppich und Matratze. Waren schon das vierte Mal in dieser Anlage. Diesmal war es am schlechtesten.

Réceptionniste pas du a l'écoute de ses clients Nous demandons d'etre a côté de la chambre de nos amis , on nous refuses sous prétexte que l'hotel est complet et que nous n'avons pas prise la meme catégorie de chambre . Or le prix était le même 386 euros. On demande un lit bébé , on nous le met sans matelas , pour eux le matelas se résume a planche pliable qui entoure le lit ! Une honte Robinetterie évier qui tombe limite qui va vous tomber dessus , parking payant , machine a café non fonctionnel et j'en passe Vous payez en faite 385 euros 2 nuits pour un service de 2 étoiles sans balcon ou terrasse avec des pièces mansardes .

Je comprends pas que cet etablissement figure dans hotels.com En effet j'y ai sejourné 3 nuits et aucun service. Lit mal fait. Il a fallu aller vider les poubelles à 2 batiments en sous sol et loin dans le parking Il fallait mettre tout le linge draps, serviettes dans la salle de bain et nettoyer le coin cuisine. De plus les alllees sont tres mal éclairées. Je deconseille pour quelques nuits. Par contre tres belle residence, tout est neuf avec belle piscine et spa Conviendrait pour un plus long séjour.

Great place!!
Great apartment and complex. Has everything you need! Pool is good too. Great location, nice walk along harbour into Deauville and beach. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

We stayed 2 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised by the large space of our room and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful and a walking distance to the train station. We loved it!

The location and apartments were fabulous and well maintained and equipped. The only reason I have not given the top score is - we ordered two high chairs in advance and though this was confirmed only one was there when we arrived. - I had to ask for the bathrobes which should have been provided after noticing that other guests had them. - I ordered two cots and thought that they had not been provided because they were folded up in a wardrobe rather than made up. We discovered them after complaining and being provided with two more. - some of the wood on the balcony fencing was rotten at the base making the fence insecure. All of these things (with the exception of the rotten wood) were sorted quickly and pleasantly by the staff and we had an excellent stay.

Great place, kids spent every minute they could in the heated pool. The pool was great but no deeper area for diving etc, room was lovely, great value accommodation.
