「It is a nice place to stay and good value for money. The hotel building is charming and staff is very helpful.」

「The wall and the window always wet and the heater is not working at night.」

「Every detail was excellent. Staff service,..room amenities... and Room location just great !!!」

「Good location. Not far from railway station.」

The property is tiny and they made it work on that small footprint, but you just sort of feel yourself shrinking in order to fit in to the hallway, elevator, room, shower, miniature courtyard for 2. It was reasonably priced, but I definitely wished we stayed elsewhere that’s roomier, felt open and had some views to enjoy.」

「Very friendly people, very good location」

「Lovely clean hotel, central location, near restaurants. Very helpful staff」

「Just a well run hotel with an excellent restaurant, great views. Staff friendly, underground parking 20 euros per night. Location fine, but about half a mile from bustling centre. Good value for money . We would use it again.」

「We stayed at this hotel for four days because it is advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near 5-star standards. We arrived early in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. Our reservation stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. At check-in, Sofia told us our room was occupied and that we would receive a text as soon as it was cleaned. We returned at noon and were told to come back at 2 p.m. At 2 p.m., we were told it would not be...
