"We had a really good stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and taken care of, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was also very good. There was a solid variety of options and everything we tried was fresh and well prepared. It was a great way to start the morning. What really stood out was how pleasant and helpful most of the staff were. Nearly everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care that guests had a good experience. The only downside during our stay was the person who checked us in and out. Unfortunately she didn’t seem very inviting and gave the impression that she didn’t really want to be there. It was a noticeable contrast compared to the rest of the staff who were so kind and accommodating. Aside from that small issue, we had a great stay. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the majority of the staff made the experience a positive one."

"The room was recently renovated it was pleasant. A little mold on the ceiling in bath. Breakfast was marginal, no meat offered. Would stay again."

"Where to even start! I booked through Expedia and prepaid. I followed the directions to “check-in” via the app from Super 8. Made the time to take pictures of this and that before hitting the road, I’m told that because I did all of that I will just pick my keys up and get to bed! WRONG. I arrive to find a less than competent clerk at the front desk. She is rude, callous, lacks empathy and would be best suited for a position that doesn’t require face to face contact with customers. I spent OVER AN HOUR outside the hotel because they would not let me check in despite the fact that I had prepaid through Expedia. They left me to sit for well over an hour with my SEVEN year old and service dog. I won’t even go into how the clerk violated ADA when I made known I was traveling with my service dog. Not to mention, the way she smirked at me throughout the entire ordeal as she PROMISED she was not charging my card (but it was declining because I had it disabled) for the amount of the room??!?!? The grounds are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Trash absolutely everywhere. I was scared to walk my service dog in the grassy areas because of the amount of trash covering everything. The grout in the showers had mold, the hallway carpet smells like urine in the hallway by the back door, it’s not hard to steam clean carpets. "
