Staff serving the rooms were good but the one at the office was kind of impropper at the moment that a situation arised with my reservation and he threatened me of throwing my belongins in the garbage because of a mistake on my part at the time of checking out"

"Staff was amazing. Room was oddly laid out and needs updating. The bathroom door was soooo close to the toilet you need to step aside to open and close. Some things had evidently not been cleaned - the bathroom mirror over the sink had some leftover markings on the frame. "

"The hot tub was closed due to a child leaving feces in it. Very disappointed since I waited later in the day to use it to avoid children and found out at the time they were not being properly supervised. In the third floor laundry room there was a water basin that had constant dripping water and there was poop in it. The food and cocktails were fair to average. The service staff was about the best you could hope for. The room was fine, clean & very roomy. The table & chairs in the lounge/bar area need replacing. Chairs very wobbly & tables underneath are falling apart. Although my stay was fair, I would consider booking again. "
