my favorite thing about the property was the pool and hot tub area which was directly on the beach, pool is heated which was great because the weather was a little cool when we were there.

Denise was amazing, working with me to adjust my checkout time, she really went above and beyond. The property was right on the beach, beautiful, overlooking the ocean. It was clean and the kitchen had more than I needed. The room was clean and you could tell this was a property that was well tended to. I loved that you could walk right across the street to grab Dunkin Donuts coffee. My only complaint was that I didn't book it for longer. I will definitely be staying here again.

This trip was my twins first time to Florida and they enjoyed it. The location was good with not overcrowding of beach. The location was perfect for us. The only thing I might change was two bathrooms. One bathroom for five people was not really enough.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The pool temperature was perfect. Hot tub too. Very clean outdoor areas. Location was perfect. Walking out to the beach was my favorite part. Furnishings needed updated and kitchen could have used more utensils and cookware.

The view of the ocean was gorgeous! The location was right beside DD and IHOP which was great for us. At check in they were not able to find my reservation and we're a bit rude. The beds were a bit small for my family.

Room was clean. Check in was slow and frustrating. Parking was poor. 60 rooms, 60 spaces, some in lot some not. Booked 2 rooms, had one car. Struggled to find a spot No light or switch near the door. Looks like a hotel, but more like a rental -had to do our own cleaning :-(

Outrigger Beach Club stay

Hotel is a timeshare property that, while clean, is in need of some serious updating. Staff were friendly and check in was a breeze. Pool area was clean and updated. The only real disappointment was the hotel itself and rooms, they’re just seriously outdated and the last refurbishment was done poorly. Appliances provided in kitchen were okay, but refrigerator ice maker did not work. We notified management of ice maker problem and DVD player issues but did not see any repairs done. Televisions in rooms are outdated and small. Overall, I’d give the property a 6/10, it’s clean but not all that comfortable. But for the price, it’s okay.

The view of the ocean is visible from all rooms I believe. Just a bit slanted. Amenities are great. The outdoor bathrooms by the pool are a plus. The easy access to the beach is very convenient. I believe all rooms have kitchenettes which also come in handy eventhough restaurants/grocery stores are relatively closeby.

The property was extremely clean, so clean in fact, that I let my child take a bath in the tub. This site is well maintained and staff are super friendly. Our room would have passed a white glove inspection. We will be back and are thinking of buying a week of the year here. You will not be disappointed. The beach is secluded and not much automobile traffic.

The rooms are very tiny. It’s not a great set up if you have older kids. Young kids would probably be okay. I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed I’m assuming due to Covid. It was too cold to go to the beach or the pool so the hot tub would have been perfect. I didn’t enjoy being asked where my mask is while being outside. Really ticked off my boyfriend but other than that it was fine

Outrigger Beach Club

This property (timeshare owner type) is a good location just north of Daytona. The management of the property was wonderful, nothing bad at all about the property or the management of the property. VRBO however - awful - overbooked us and we did not get the larger room that we had booked. Fortunately, the building did have 1 room left but we went from 2 beds and pull out couch to 1 bed and 1 couch. Will never book with VRBO again.
